The epitome of barefoot luxury and royal honeymoons

When money is absolutely no object and you're looking for the ultimate, undisturbed paradise, one name always comes to mind first: North Island. This small, granite private island northwest of Silhouette is so exclusive that even Hollywood royalty and actual royal families check in here. The island gained widespread fame when Prince William and Duchess Kate spent their honeymoon here (and later George and Amal Clooney as well).

  • East Beach & West Beach: The long stretch of East Beach directly in front of the villas boasts powder-white sand and gentle waves. The wilder West Beach (also known as Sunset Beach) is the perfect place to watch the sun sink fiery red into the ocean while enjoying a cocktail at a small, rustic bar.

  • Honeymoon Beach: The absolute highlight is Honeymoon Beach , a small, hidden cove framed by massive granite boulders. Guests can reserve this beach entirely for themselves and enjoy hours of undisturbed privacy.
