A quiet, sheltered bay in the northwest of La Digue. Good for families and snorkeling.

Anse Severe is located on the northwest coast of La Digue, just a few minutes north of the port in La Passe by bicycle. A reef and rocks protect the bay, and the water is shallow and calm.

Snorkeling is possible around the rocks and, at high tide, at the reef. In the evenings, the beach is a beautiful spot for watching the sunset. A restaurant is located nearby.
